Transforming a 3,500m² retail space into two modern tenancies with enhanced safety, efficiency and compliance

Scope of works:

• Reconfiguration of a 3,500m² ex-Zara tenancy into two modern retail spaces, complete with a shared loading dock.
• Development of a new Fire Engineering Report (FER) in collaboration with Fire Engineers and QFES, ensuring compliance with the highest safety standards.
• Installation of new HVAC systems for both tenancies, including a new chiller, air handling units (AHUs) and system pumps for optimal climate control.
• Upgrades to the Smoke Relief Fan and Essential MSSB (Main Switchboard System Backup) to enhance safety and operational efficiency.
• Comprehensive upgrades to the fire sprinkler and hydrant systems to meet current safety regulations and ensure tenant safety.
