Woolworths Reconfiguration

Evolving a 4,500m² retail space into three modern tenancies with enhanced functionality, safety and community features

Scope of works:

• Reconfiguration of a 4,500m² ex-Woolworths tenancy into three modern retail spaces, complete with a shared loading dock for enhanced functionality.
• Installation of entirely new HVAC systems, including a 500kW air-cooled chiller, air handling units (AHUs) and system pumps for efficient climate control.
• Upgrades to smoke relief systems with three vertically discharged fans (2x 30,000 l/s and 1x 20,000 l/s) to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Implementation of new fire sprinkler ranges across all tenancies to meet current safety requirements.
• Expansion of the Hyperdome Community Gardens as a complimentary addition, contributing to the local community’s amenities.
