• Staged, after-hours removal and upgrade of the mall ceiling in the main walkway of Canberra Centre.
• Establishment of nightly dust isolation zones with dust suppression measures and extraction fans to maintain optimal air quality.
• Installation of custom aluminium ceiling battens in seven colour variants for a modern and cohesive design.
• Upgrading of sprinkler and mechanical systems to integrate seamlessly with the new ceiling layout.
• Ensuring all work areas were cleaned, secured and made safe each morning for uninterrupted daily mall operations.
