Scope of works:

• Construction of a brand-new 2,500m² stand-alone tenancy situated above an active B1 underground carpark.
• Strengthening of the suspended concrete slab to meet a 5kPa load-bearing strength requirement.
• Semi-circular slab penetration to accommodate the installation of a striking new spiral staircase.
• Installation of all-new HVAC systems, toilet exhausts and a smoke relief system for optimal building performance.
• Construction of new male, female and accessible toilets and fully equipped change rooms.
• Installation of updated fire sprinkler ranges throughout the tenancy, meeting the requirements of the newly developed Fire Engineering Report (FER).
• Construction of full-height perimeter acoustic IT walls to enhance soundproofing.
• Installation of full-height shopfront glazing, complete with an airlock and automatic doors for an enhanced entry experience.
